SHIPPING POLICY

Production Time

All orders are made to order. Production takes 5–15 business days (no weekends or holidays).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery window: 30–45 days depending on location and carrier performance. If your order has not arrived after 45 days, contact us for assistance.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Carrier Delays

Transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Any carrier‑related delays are outside our control. For the most accurate updates, contact the carrier directly.

Non‑Deliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to:

refusal
incorrect address
failure to pick up

will be processed as a standard return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee per our Return Policy.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.

International Shipping & Customs

Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
All international orders are processed in USD.
Currency fluctuations are outside our control.
Any customs fees billed to us by the carrier will be charged to the customer.
Refusal to pay customs may result in the package being abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. Wide & Wild is not responsible for abandoned shipments or resulting loss.
