SHIPPING POLICY
At Wide & Wild, we provide clear, reliable shipping information so you know exactly what to expect from production to delivery. Our policy outlines processing times, carrier delays, international shipping rules, and important details about customs, fees, and non‑deliverable packages.
All orders are made to order. Production takes 5–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is completed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery time depends on your location and carrier performance. Estimated delivery window: 30–45 days.
If your order has not arrived after 45 days, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and assist you promptly.
SHIPPING PROVIDER DELAYS
After your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are fully controlled by the carrier. Any delays caused by the shipping provider are outside of our control. If your shipment is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.
NON‑DELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Domestic shipments that are returned to us due to:

refusal by the recipient

incorrect address

failure to pick up the package
will be processed as a standard return. These orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, in accordance with our return policy.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Before placing an international order, please be aware of the following:

Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

All international transactions are processed in USD.

Currency fluctuations are outside of our control.
Any customs‑related fees billed to us by the carrier will be charged to the customer.
International buyers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations. Additional fees collected at delivery are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to pay required customs charges, the package may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier.
