RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

At Wide & Wild, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. The information below explains how returns, cancellations, and product concerns are handled so you always know what to expect.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system. If you choose to cancel, please note that all cancellations carry a 10% bank processing fee, which covers non‑refundable merchant charges.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back to confirm that your return meets our requirements and will be approved. This ensures your package is processed correctly and avoids delays.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • uninstalled

  • unmodified

  • clean and free of damage

  • returned in the original packaging

Products that have been installed, altered, drilled, painted, or test‑fitted in a way that changes their original condition cannot be accepted.

RETURN FEES

All approved returns are subject to a 25% total deduction, which includes:

  • 15% restocking fee — covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and quality‑control processing

  • 10% bank transaction fee — covers non‑refundable payment‑processing costs

Because our products require careful quality control, these fees apply to all returns unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees. Shipping charges are non‑refundable and will not be credited back under any circumstances. If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery, it will be processed as a standard return and the 25% return fee will apply.

TEST FITTING RECOMMENDATION

For best results, we recommend using double‑sided tape to test‑fit your part before permanent installation. This allows you to confirm alignment and fitment without altering the product’s condition, ensuring it remains eligible for return if needed.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you believe your item has a defect:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

  3. We will review and arrange a replacement if the defect is confirmed

Defective items are replaced with a new part. Refunds are not issued for defect claims — replacements only.

NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • installed or modified products

  • items not in original packaging

  • products returned after 30 days

  • parts damaged due to improper installation or handling

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

All shipping damage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. To open a damage claim, we require clear photo evidence of the packaging and the damaged product. We cannot file or process any damage claim without photos, as carriers will not investigate claims without visual proof.

Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be honored or investigated.

  • a brief explanation
