REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

The Wide & Wild Referral Program is designed to reward real builders who share their passion for custom automotive design. Our community grows through authentic connections, people who have installed our widebody kits, documented their builds, and inspired others to start their own projects.

This program gives approved participants the ability to earn 5% cash every time someone uses their referral code to purchase a Wide & Wild widebody kit. It’s a way to recognize the time, effort, and creativity that goes into each build, while giving new buyers a discount on their order.

The program is built around three principles:

  • Authenticity. Only real Wide & Wild kit owners can join.

  • Transparency. Every referral is tracked, verified, and paid out clearly.

  • Community. The program supports builders who help others begin their own widebody journey.

Participation is optional, but once approved, members gain access to a simple, structured way to earn rewards by sharing their build, their experience, and their code.

Program Eligibility

The Wide & Wild Referral Program is available only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

You have purchased a Wide & Wild widebody kit directly from us.

  • You can provide a valid order number, date of order, car make & model, and social media accounts for verification.

  • You agree to all terms outlined on this page.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

Wide & Wild reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

Referral Code Approval

Once your application is reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive a personalized referral code.

  • Your code may be adjusted for formatting, clarity, or brand consistency.

  • Your code is intended for sharing publicly or privately to bring new referrals to Wide & Wild.

Your code may not be sold, traded, or transferred.

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies only when:

  • The referred person uses your referral code at checkout.

  • They purchase a Wide & Wild widebody kit (no other products qualify).

  • Their order remains active past the 14‑day return window.

Important: The referred person may have purchased from Wide & Wild in the past. They simply must be a new referral from you, using your code for this purchase. Self‑referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the program.

Cash Rewards

For each qualifying referral:

  • You earn 5% cash based on the final purchase price of the widebody kit (after discounts, before taxes/shipping).

  • Rewards are issued 14 days after delivery, once the return period has passed.

  • Payouts are sent via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle only.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

Wide & Wild is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details.

Verification Requirements

To maintain program integrity, Wide & Wild may:

  • Request proof of your original widebody kit purchase.

  • Contact your social media accounts to confirm identity and authenticity.

  • Request additional information if suspicious activity is detected.

Failure to respond to verification requests may result in suspension.

Prohibited Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Self‑referrals or creating fake accounts

  • Misleading or deceptive promotion of your code

  • Posting your code on coupon‑dumping websites

  • Harassment, spam, or unsolicited messaging

  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Wide & Wild

  • Attempting to manipulate or bypass program rules

Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of pending rewards.

Suspension & Removal

Wide & Wild reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or remove any participant at any time

  • Withhold or cancel rewards if fraud or misuse is suspected

  • Decline applications that do not meet program standards

  • Request additional verification at any time

All decisions are final.

Program Changes

Wide & Wild may update, modify, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include:

  • Reward amounts

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Verification processes

  • Payout methods

  • Program structure

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Wide & Wild is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues preventing code usage

  • Delays in payout due to incorrect information

  • Social media platform restrictions

  • Misuse of your code by third parties

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
